“How can we rethink the function of leadership to focus on creating environments which enable a shift from power to empowerment, from control to contribution, from centralized to decentralized systems?

As an independent systemic consultant, communication trainer and coach, Andreas specializes in Systemic Leadership Development (OSM – Open System Model).

By doing so, companies and their leaders gain clarity into their system, recognize the underlying systemic principles, and thus better understand the social dynamics. It helps them to redefine and realign themselves to increase their performance, navigate through their change process and in consequence, be well prepared for a successful future.

Systems thinking helps them distinguish between root cause and symptom. This means that the client's leaders learn not to get bogged down in day-to-day business but to carry out their real task: to lead.

It is about encouraging the inherent potentials of individuals, teams, and organizations and helping them develop, thus making cooperation more effective in serving their people and the planet. This includes fostering collective decision-making and participation processes as well as employee and team development, which are fundamental to organizational change and transformational processes.

Andreas has a powerful drive to create and implement innovative structures and systems that support human evolution. His strong ability to think strategically and envision new ways of doing things creates more efficient and effective outcomes. Through this process, he identifies opportunities for improvement in existing structures while challenging traditional systems that no longer serve the greater good. As a thought innovator in his field, he brings positive change and makes complexities easier to understand.

Born and raised in southern Germany, Tübingen, Andreas studied in Austria, Brazil, Germany, Portugal and finalised his Master Thesis in Strategic Management in New Zealand about the Rugby World Cup 2011 with the Initiative of the World Food Program (WFP). With a fascination for a globalized world, he worked in the travel industry being responsible for the business unit in Latin America (Costa Rica, Brazil, Nicaragua as well as Chile, Ecuador and El Salvador and Europe (France, Spain and Portugal). In the following 7 years he worked in the Med-tech industry being responsible for the successful project development for trainings & conferences world-wide from Australasia, Europe, over India and the Americas.

With the systemic approach (OSM), Andreas shows first effective principles and, secondly, using them carefully and profitably, both corporately and socially. In this way, it is a conscious drive for change, meeting current demands in the areas of economy, society, and education.
