Anderson has extensive experience advising cleantech startups, social enterprises, and funds. Over the years, he has helped generate over $25 million in capital opportunities for his clients. He co-founded the Cleantech Alliance Mid-Atlantic, a business association focused on regional collaboration and innovation in the cleantech space. Anderson also served on the board of GoodCompany Ventures, a social enterprise incubator. When recruited by EY (Ernst & Young), Anderson scaled innovative new service and advisory offerings including an annual Cleantech CEO Retreat growth accelerator and a smart metering solution adopted globally by the firm. This solution became part of a strategic partnership with Microsoft. Anderson has leveraged his expertise, network, and experience to help many cleantech businesses and ventures scale and succeed.

Throughout his career, Anderson has been a visionary leader known for securing major contributions and investments and forging impactful partnerships. At The Nature Conservancy, he generated multiple seven- and eight-figure contributions, created a $250 million portfolio supporting global conservation, and played an instrumental role in their first $1 billion capital campaign. As Vice President of Global Development at Ashoka, he increased annual revenue to $35 million and secured a $15 million partnership with the Gates Foundation to fund agricultural entrepreneurs in Sub-Saharan Africa and India, and financial services innovations globally. His expertise lies in developing innovative programs and attracting the resources needed to scale their impact.

Anderson is an accomplished author, speaker, and commentator. Over the years, he has appeared as a business and leadership expert on outlets such as Fox Business, and as a speaker and workshop facilitator at conferences around the world. When he is not working, Anderson enjoys exploring local trails near his home in the Berkshires and cooking meals in his kitchen using fresh, local ingredients.
