Coaching is at the heart of leadership development. It helps us to understand ourselves more deeply so we can effect positive change within ourselves, our organizations, and society. By building our self-awareness, we are better able to leverage our gifts, develop our unrealized potential, and grow our leadership effectiveness. Additionally, coaching builds our capability to relate in authentic and courageous ways.
At One Earth Leadership, we also place special emphasis on assisting leaders to appreciate the whole system to which they belong so they can envision purpose, strategies, and cultures that contribute to a regenerative future. In these challenging times, we understand the complexities of organizational life and are committed to providing leaders with a safe space for the deep reflection, inquiry, and exploration needed to truly enable transformation.
Those who most benefit from our work are senior leaders, executives, and board members who are in positions of strategic influence and are open to explore and inquire, engage in systems and strategic thinking, and desire to focus on a larger purpose and impact.
Our Offerings
We offer individual and team coaching as well as pairing coaching with consultancy in supporting organization and systemic transformation. Working along this continuum, our coaches can support not only the personal development of executives, but also develop team effectiveness, help to shape an organization’s leadership culture, and enable an organization to enlarge their impact.
All our offerings are customized to meet the needs of the client. While each coaching engagement is bespoke, we recognize assessment and feedback to be fundamental to attaining the desired coaching outcomes and each engagement includes either a self or a multi-rater assessment.

One-to-One Leadership Coaching
Dedicated space to build awareness of and test underlying assumptions, explore and inquire into one’s leadership effectiveness, expand one’s vision and purpose, and take greater responsibility for one’s attitudes and behaviors
Typically, virtual and a six-twelve month engagement period
One-to-One Coaching Intensives
Held in a nature-based or a retreat setting that promotes a more expansive state of awareness, encourages perspective-taking, broadens one’s outlook, and shifts one’s point of view
Typically, one and a half or two days
Coaching for Organizational Transformation
CEO and/or Board led and an integral part of an organization transformation process
Pairs one to one coaching with facilitated sessions on strategic visioning, values and culture formulation, and organizational purpose

Assessments
While our coaches are versed in a number of assessments, we have a unique depth of experience with the Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP). The LCP is the only 360 degree competency assessment that simultaneously provides focused competency feedback while revealing the underlying assumptions that are causing a leader’s pattern of strengths and limitations. The LCP assessment paired with debrief and coaching helps leaders understand the relationship between how they habitually think, how they behave, and, more importantly, how all this impacts their current level of leadership effectiveness.
Team Development Coaching
Designed for intact leadership teams
Pairs on-going one-to-one coaching with (off-site) facilitated team development sessions

We recognize the relationship between leadership development and creating a sustainable future. As such, we will never let financial constraints get in the way of providing our services to those leaders, teams, and organizations who have a vision for making a difference in the world. We offer our services significantly reduced from corporate rates as a gesture of our commitment to fostering systemic transformation. We offer this to charities, foundations, and small businesses working towards the greater good.
