One Earth Leadership Program

The One Earth Leadership Program offers a holistic approach to leadership development for purpose-driven companies and individuals. We support participants in developing a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of business, society, and the planet.
We create a space for the generation of fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and novel approaches to leadership and business practices by questioning both conventional wisdom and the fundamental assumptions we carry about each. By emphasizing dialogue, engagement, and immersive experiences, the program facilitates a dynamic learning environment and creates opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing among participants, ultimately enhancing their strategic capability to address complex challenges effectively.
We assist leaders in expanding their leadership vision, building strategic capacity and multi-level systems thinking, and creating cultures that thrive on purpose. In doing so, we equip leaders to navigate complexity and drive positive change in their organizations and beyond.
By integrating personal development into the program's curriculum, we elevate leaders' strategic capability and support their growth as individuals, empowering them to lead with authenticity, empathy, and courage.

Our Integrative Approach
The One Earth Leadership Program brings together fundamental aspects of leadership development through the following methods:
Capability Development in areas such as intra and interpersonal intelligence, systems thinking, creating shared value, futures literacy, strategy formulation, environmental scanning and contextual analysis, biomimicry, circular economy, and innovation.
Immersive Experiences to foster perspective-taking, broaden outlook, and expand vision
Coaching and Developmental Practices that build self-awareness, focus on purpose, cultivate environments of trust and authenticity, foster the conditions for growth and transformation, and inspire others to action.
Peer Learning Circles to share and deepen their learning journeys
These elements comprise a whole that addresses leadership development as an integrative process across multiple dimensions of development and wellbeing – cognitive, emotional, social, ecological, and physical.
Design
<< Series-based participation that covers a period of approximately 6 months in overall length.

<< Workshops, small group peer learning circles,, leadership coaching, seminars, and learning expeditions
<< Residential hubs, in Northern Europe and the Western Cape of South Africa, providing both meaningful immersion opportunities and supporting an ecologically sound design.
